There will be no spoilers in my few words here. If you want to know anything about the storyline, you will have to read elsewhere ... or, better yet ... see the movie.
And that's the point of me writing these few words. If you have even a wee trace of "Trek" in you, you have to see this latest movie! There are so many things that fly over the heads of those who are not Trekkies/Trekkers ... but those bits are just icing on the cake. The main story is fantastic and stands well on its own. I'm sure that you can watch this movie, without having seen previous ones, and get a lot of enjoyment from the experience.
I saw it last night. I knew that there would be an adrenelin (sp?) rush for me (there was) ... but it was so much more than I expected.
As I mentioned elsewhere, one of the neatest things for me is that I had been talking about the movie a few days ago ... I mentioned something ... and then I made a further comment (this is being vague to save the secrecy) ... and it turned out that I had guessed the essential plot-line!! I had guessed the big secret! Without even knowing that there WAS a secret!
